Fix irrelevant Edge PDF reader doc

Microsoft documentation quality is going to get worse as the company disabled community contributions. Take the PDF reader in Microsoft Edge doc as an example. Except for historians, why would anyone care about incremental functionality shipped 5 years ago on Edge versions that have also reached end of support 5+ years ago? Shorter, more useful docs is what customers need.
